We're here to help you get the most out of your F3 Princeton mobile application experience. Whether you're having technical difficulties, need help navigating the app, or have questions about F3 Princeton workouts and events, we've got you covered.

Response Time: We typically respond within 24-48 hours
Open the app, navigate to the "Workouts" section, find your desired workout, and tap "Join" or "RSVP". You'll receive a confirmation and any important updates about the workout.
Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. If you continue to have issues, please contact our support team with your registered email address.
Make sure notifications are enabled for the F3 Princeton app in your device settings. Go to Settings > Notifications > F3 Princeton and ensure "Allow Notifications" is turned on.
Check that location permissions are granted to the app. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services and ensure F3 Princeton has permission to access your location.
Tap on your profile picture or name in the app, then select "Edit Profile". You can update your personal information, preferences, and fitness goals.
